Andrew Noble
In 2007, within the confines of a conventional big box gym, Andrew and Stacey Noble's paths crossed, setting the stage for what would become Smart Fitness. Fast forward a few years, and a realization dawned on them-the traditional gym model often led people to set unrealistic goals, resulting in unmet expectations and eventual abandonment.
In 2011, Andrew joined forces with a chiropractor, embarking on a new fitness venture-a 20-minute, twice-a-week franchised fitness business. Skepticism initially lingered, but as Andrew delved into the unconventional approach, he discovered the efficacy of realistic goal setting and positive coaching in achieving success. Clients embraced his style of training, and retention rates soared. The turning point came in July 2015 when Smart Fitness opened its doors, equipped with a few pieces of Nautilus equipment, determination, and the unwavering support of clients and staff. The OG founding members, including Lee Cockerell, David Dorman Scott Penyak, Brad Rex, Jean Bevan, Jason Sayers, Kevin Stewart, Mike Murphy, Bill Heichel, Tim Illif, and John Henry. These initial members played a pivotal role in laying the foundation for the gym’s current achievements. The journey continued with hiring challenges and triumphs, finding its stride with coaches Abel Navarro, Jonathan Laracuente and Jared Forward, who embraced Andrew’s innovative ideas. Despite initial skepticism, Andrew’s family stood by, checking in and cheering from the sidelines. And if Andrew happened to forget anyone, well, he blames it on a few too many concussions – forgive him! Fast forward to today, boasting over a decade of training history and multiple Olandos Best Awards, Smart Fitness has evolved its training philosophy into a structured 3-Phase Approach: Adapt, Build, Conquer. Influenced by global training programs, this methodology meets clients where they are and guides them toward their goals. The gym has transformed into a comprehensive performance center, reflecting growth while staying grounded in the commitment to serve clients. As the doors open, Smart Fitness invites everyone to a welcoming atmosphere-a place to let loose, have fun, and accomplish serious fitness goals.
Andrew Noble
Andrew is ready to help you reach your fitness goals one session at a time. Having been a personal trainer since 2007 and the most up to date ACE certified personal training accreditation, he will ensure you have the absolute safest results oriented experience possible.
Stacey Noble
Meet Stacey, our accomplished Nutrition Coach. Certified since 2015 through Precision Nutrition, she brings over 15 years of experience in implementing Wellness Programs within Corporate Settings. Stacey's forte lies in motivating and guiding clients through our specialized Weight Loss and Nutrition Program.
Precision Nutrition Level 1 12 years of Coaching Youth Guard Program 15 years working with Corporate Wellness Programs B.S. Business Management-Human Resources at RMU Certified 2B Mindset Mentor Half and Full Marathon Runner Fun Facts: Stacey is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! Go Steelers! She is wife to Andrew (owner of Smart Fitness) and mom to Mia and Gavin Dog mom to Cooper and Bisquit. She loves to craft, decorate and dabbles in Chalkboard Art.
Jonathan Laracuente
Jonathan is a dedicated Strength Coach with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lives. With a solid foundation in Exercise Science and Human Performance, Jonathan possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in areas such as Strength and Conditioning, Personal Training, and Program Design.
Ron Hamilton
Ron is a performance-driven coach committed to helping individuals build strength, resilience, and purpose. He holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania and is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
William Lam
William is a technique-driven performance coach helping individuals build strength and confidence, while achieving their fitness goals. He also has experience performing in olympic weightlifting and USA powerlifting competitions. William has been coaching since 2019 and highlights the importance of nutrition and recovery.
